    We primarily serve the Klang Valley area, but we sometimes make an exception to take in projects in Rawang and Cyberjaya.
  • GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - What types of projects do you take on?
    We specialize in residential projects, whether they are high-rise buildings or landed properties.
  • GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - What is the minimum project value you accept?
    We generally take on Renovation projects with a minimum value of RM30,000. However, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your specific needs, as we may consider other projects. If you are interested in our Bundled Packages, they start at RM14,888.00
  • GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - Why should we hire your company?
    We pride ourselves on being reliable and delivering quality work. We provide up to 90 references from past clients, allowing you to verify our track record for completing projects on time, maintaining trustworthiness, and offering excellent after-sales service.
  • GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - Why do you not cover areas outside the Klang Valley?
    Our resources are currently focused on the Klang Valley, as managing projects further afield presents challenges, particularly with transportation and associated costs. However, if you’re keen to work with us on a project outside this area, we’re open to discussing possible arrangements.
  • GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - When we hire you for renovation and decide to provide all the tiles and sanitary ware, would you be open to that?
    Absolutely. We’re flexible and can work with clients who wish to supply their own tiles, sanitary ware, or other materials. We’re happy to accommodate your preferences.
  • GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - Do you provide a complete service from A to Z, including design consultation, renovation, wetworks, and carpentry?
    Yes, we offer a comprehensive service that covers everything from the initial design consultation to the full renovation process, including wetworks and carpentry. We can manage the entire project to ensure everything meets your expectations.
  • GENERAL RENOVATION & ID - Do you offer site visits or consultations?
    Yes, we do conduct site visits, but only after we’ve gathered sufficient information from the client. This includes details such as the type of property, the scope of work, a floor plan, and specific requirements. Our standard procedure is to first communicate with the client over the phone to understand their needs and provide an estimated quote. If the client is comfortable with the estimate and feels that we are the right fit for their project, we then proceed with a site visit. This approach helps ensure that both parties are on the same page, saving time and avoiding unnecessary site visits. It also allows us to focus our resources on projects where we can add the most value.
  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - Why should I pick a bundled package?
    Our bundle package is ideal for those with a busy schedule who have no time to manage a renovation project. We handle everything from A to Z, ensuring a hassle-free experience. For investors looking to rent out their units, we take care of everything, including the built-ins, furniture, and finishing touches.
  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - Why don’t you offer different themes for your bundle packages?
    While we don’t offer preset themes, we are always open to discussing specific design themes with our clients upon request. For us, every home should be different and unique to the customers specific requirements , ensuring a truly personalised touch that reflects your vision.
  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - My home already has kitchen cabinets—what should I do?
    That’s perfectly fine! We’ve designed our packages with flexibility in mind, offering options that exclude kitchen cabinets. You can easily choose a package without them.
  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - Can I customize the package and choose only certain items?
    Yes, you can customize the package as long as the total value exceeds RM24,888. This way, you get a tailored solution that fits your needs.
  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - How long does it take to complete the project?
    We aim to complete the project within 45 days after finalizing the design and details. This timeline ensures quality work without unnecessary delays.
  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - Why should I hire your company when there are others out there doing something similar?

  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - Can we pick the loose furniture if we choose your package?
    You cannot pick or choose the loose furniture on your own, as we are responsible for creating the concept for your home. However, we will always check with you to understand your preferences, such as whether you prefer fabric or leather, or if you’d like more brown or green tones. Before we start the makeover, we will show you all the furniture we’ve selected for your confirmation, ensuring it aligns with your vision.
  • BUNDLED PACKAGE - Do you offer site visits or consultations?
    As our packages are already available on our page, clients can easily pick and choose from the available options. We do not conduct site visits, as we find them unnecessary at this stage. However, if the client has any queries, they are encouraged to share details about the type of property, the scope of work, and a floor plan to help us guide them. Should the client wish to make any amendments, they can visit us at our office by appointment only. This is a very straightforward process, and with our bundle packages, no site visit is required until the job is finalized.
